Page Packs for Discbound Notebooks

Paper is still a part of my life, but to help reduce the amount we use, being able to use page packs in a discbound notebook would be marvelous. This could be done either by pre-punching the discbound tabs, or by creating page packs with room for discbound users to punch the page themselves. (In other words, not pre-bound with rings/spiral binding.)
